So what does the moronic AI do? Not only does it not bring along the stacks from the tunnels (may be intentional from the map maker, though), but it attacks in such a manner that only *one* of the stacks outside the walls join in the attack! It's so utterly braindead that I just can't understand how it's even possible to program such a bad AI. Morgoth has two stacks right outside the walls and some other stacks in the tunnels below. It's the first turn and I control Gondolin and three stacks of defenders. With *one* paralyzed enemy unit left it casts a f***ing Stoning Spell!īut the final straw for me came when playing the Quest of Earendil map. The computer would Strangle a unit and then use missile attacks on it instead of melee. I can't stand the brain-dead AI any longer.īeing a control-freak I nearly always use TC in battles and move all units myself, but with the endless battles in the Battle of Azanulbizar I often chose Auto Combat and the results scared me.
